The hotel is in the midst of a much needed facelift. Pool was closed. Patio to watch sunset was under construction. You could hear drilling in our room midday (but not at night). Had issue with the AC and had to call front desk at 2am. This is a very old hotel and you can tell. Staff were lovely though. We got an early check in which was very nice.

All was good/excellent, especially all the reception as well as restaurant staff. Connecting to the internet was a nightmare as the system would not accept my hyphenated name. Despite trying all permutations, we still could not connect. Finally, we had to take it to concierge to get us connected. However the next morning we got disconnected again!

Swimming pool is dirty and cold. Staff at front desk was not cooperative at all. When we spoke to manager (QUSSAY) he only gave us excuses that didn’t make any sense and did not try to rectify the situation at all. I’m not going to stay at this hotel again.

One of the top hotels in Jordan! The staff are incredibly friendly, the cleanliness is impeccable, and the breakfast is outstanding. My family enjoyed it so much they didn’t want to leave. Highly recommended!
