The staff was very friendly and it was convenient to get in and out of. The area seemed safe and next door is a nice bakery. I was traveling through and had to find a place to stay. The price was fair. The room was clean but had significant wear. I didn't use the stove or refrigerator but it was a nice option to have for a budget price.

No one was there to check me in. Once there, you have to call a number to have someone meet you there to check in. Hotel smelled of weed. Room was in very bad condition, however it smelled clean. Blinds broken and dirt. AC worked but was not adjustable as panel was broken. No blankets and not one to call for assustsnce. Phone in room didn’t work. I checked in around 11:30pm and left around 3:00am due to the conditions.

Honestly the worst hotel that I’ve stayed in. Immediately upon walking in at 7 pm there was no service in office had to wait 10..I made this mistake of not getting insurance on the purchase because I would’ve canceled. The room was completely different from the pictures the smell of smoke and marijuanna filled the halls. The bed was cheap and wasn’t even fully furnished with blankets. The refrigerator made a loud clicking noise the toilet was constantly running and the ac was extremely noisy. Roaches were present and overall I was extremely dissatisfied. They need to get change their pictures they are false advertising. I asked to be switch to a different room and the problems and unsatisfactory mirrored the first room. Cheap beds. Cheaply maintenanced and definitely cheaply tooken care of.

Had to change the room 3 times, rooms were dirty, holes in walls, dust and the worst part being the cockroaches, black mold throughout the whole bathroom ceiling and the very prominent smell of weed throughout every floor/elevator and hallways. Unfortunately we could not refund our stay, would highly recommend this place being condemned Avoid at all costs. The reviews and phots are deceiving. Outside of building was nice but a deceptive facade for the nightmare you would be walking into if you decide to book here...

Felt like a dorm room, smell/ Oder to whole building could be mold. Not what is advertised. Not the best area either as you could hear yelling right before sunset as people were arguing with staff at the hotel. Very unwelcoming

I asked for an accessible bathroom and my room was given to someone else. I did not feel safe at all. The wifi is so bad, i could barely make video calls on my tablet because of bad connection!!! And the TV keeps losing signal every night while i was watching my favorite shows!!! Now i have to watch everything again on my laptop!!! There was a big roach in the bathroom!!! And i reserved a room for my 3 movers but the first room was not even clean and they were moved to another room but they found bugs everywhere!!! They ended up sleeping in the trucks!!! I should get some refund for my room and a full refund for the other room. I would never recommend any Deaf and/or Disabled people sleep at this dump!!!

If I could give negative stars I would. Our room leaked from the window while it was raining, the floor felt like you were going to fall through, mold in the ceiling, no blankets on one bed, mold and disgusting drawers, and last but not least… there was just a hole for the peep hole. Nothing through it.. just a hole you could blow through. Awful awful awful! When we arrived a lady had brought down dirty towels that got left, told the lady they were missing sheets and asked for a vacuum so she could clean the floor. Oh let’s not forget the horrendous smell throughout the entire building. DO NOT STAY HERE Go to the Super 8 for $20 more in the Waco/Mall area. Friendly staff and very clean
