This property is under new management and let me just tell you that the new management team for this hotel has made a drastic change in the way that they run things. They’re very friendly to their guest and make them feel right at home. I wanna give a special shout out to the new manager Megan y’all are gonna love her. Lovely staff but the place needs a good upgrade. Our room only had a half window on the outside meaning we had to suffer loud traffic noise all night.

Ok area, hotel is just outdated. Sketchy elevator, thin walls, no lobby restroom. Online says breakfast included, but it’s not. Staff was nice, but openly complained about not liking her job which put a negative tone from the beginning. Overall, you get what you pay for.

Argued about needing to clean my room at 12p since the no disturb was on at 11am. They said they would then by 430 still wasn't. The front staff didn't have access to soap or towels unless housekeeping was there.

The continental breakfast that they offer is seemingly unavailable at this time. We were told when we went down at 7:15 AM that they are in a transition. All they had available was two types of cereal and coffee. I think there was bread to go in the toaster, but they were out by the time we got there and we did not see any milk for the cereal. There is a vending machine for pay.

When you walk in at first the smell of Marijuana is strong. The lady behind the desk held a conversation with her bff on her cell the entire time i was checking in. The room didnt have any type of seating except for the bed. When i went to check out the only person i could find was a cleaning lady to turn my key card into andcould not get a receipt for my stay. The parking lot was not large enough to account for all the guest.

Roaches on the Bed

Our stay at this hotel was horrible. The lobby smells like marijuana. The room had some strange oder that lingered for entire weekend. Within 30 mins of checking in, a roach crawled across our bed. When I asked the Asst Manager to some sort of resolution, she had to contact the owner who never answered. When asking for extra towels during the night clerk shift, we were told they don’t have any available because housekeeping has them all. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone and ask that some one from management contact me
