Front staff seemed annoyed at check-in. Room was not cleaned properly; popcorn on the floor near restroom sliding door and unidentified chunks lodged in the bathroom sink. Bathroom sliding door not seated properly within door jamb and would not stay closed; bathroom electric outlet did not work at all, GFCI would not reset. Outlet near desk did not work at all, so my devices did not charge overnight.

Check-in was not great. The guy asked for my name, gave me my room keys, and said nothing else. The room was mostly clean. There were small hairs in the shower and the baseboards in the bathroom were filthy. There were also stains on a couple of the towels. There's a lot of road noise from the highway if you're on the odd-number side of the building.

We booked the room because our High School band performed at State marching competition. We have stayed at this hotel the last 2 years and the rooms are very nice and everyone there is extremely nice and friendly.

Hotel aas good, overall. We had 2 rooms, which we liked the layout, beds & bedding, AC/heat system, cleanliness was decent. Our king suite had some deferred maintenance: clogged sink that was slow draining and mold around the bottom of the shower. But service was good. Dre at the front desk was AWESOME! Breakfast was pretty lame- low quality food & bad coffee. Location was excellent. Parking was good. Lobby bathroom had broken paper towel dispenser, needed cleaning. Seems like this location really needs to up their maintenance.

Everything was wonderful for a short stay! Only thing was the breakfast staff was not prepared for a Saturday morning crowd. Could not get the food out fast enough. With only eggs and sausage available for the hot items, they would only bring out 6 to 8 sausage patties at a time with 6 to 10 people waiting on them.
