The sofa bed seriously needs to be changed out with a new mattress or a better quality sofa bed. We couldn’t even use the sofa bed because you can feel the wires because the mattress was so thin. My son slept on the floor that night. The ironing board was missing from the unit and when the staff brought us one it was broken. The screw bolt that holds the legs together was missing. The check in took longer than we anticipated due to the room not being ready. The location of the hotel is great and convenient to shops, restaurants and Baylor University.

The room was next to mechanical room, constant pipe rumbling all night and day. Room 111 will never again be acceptable. Actually would appreciate a credit of some sort due to inconvenience.
