LadyFace Cottage: close to Magnolia & Baylor!

Our beautiful cottage is almost 100 years old! We love it because it is new meets old from the floors on up! We love our up-and-coming neighborhood and watching Waco come back to life! We are 3-4 blocks to Magnolia and just a half mile from Baylor. We are 2-3 blocks from lots of restaurants. We have private parking and a security system if needed. We love the feeling in our home because it is warm (with amazing AC in the summer!) and a great place to unwind with people you love!
Make yourself comfortable in your air-conditioned vacation home. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a washing machine and an iron/ironing board.

Had a wonderful experience with Ladyface Cottage! The home was cute, clean, and comfortable, and had everything we could have possibly needed for a relaxing stay. Everything was well-maintained and welcoming, and loved the location which was central to everywhere we planned to go during our visit. Highly recommend to anyone heading to the area!

Perfect location! Clean, cozy & comfortable - just what we needed for a mom/daughter weekend get away with friends. Us moms took the room with two twin beds and the girls took the room with the big bed. The girls appreciated access to the dryer after getting caught in a rainstorm while out walking around. I really appreciated the gated parking in back. We would love to stay again next time we need our Magnolia shopping fix!

Karen’s cottage is adorable! Very clean, updated and comfortable. Perfect for our mother/daughter trip with 3 of us. Great location to downtown attractions, including Magnolia. This always one of the best STR’s I’ve ever stayed in.

Perfect for what we needed

We started off our visit with Magnolia cupcakes on the table for us when we arrived! We had a privacy fenced yard and driveway with a remote for easy access. We grilled and sat outside at the picnic table under beautiful pecan trees in the evenings. It was close to Baylor, the grease pit and the Silos! I was able to wash and dry clothes which was so convenient. The home was neat, nicely decorated comfortable and relaxing. Karen was a thoughtful and gracious hostess!

This is a beautiful property in a great location. A quiet neighborhood within walking distance to everything in the Silo District! It is a roomy house with everything we needed to make our trip a wonderful experience! Will definitely stay here if in Waco in the future.

Cute and Cozy!

Location! Location! Location! We absolutely loved our stay! The cottage was clean, cozy and comfortable for my two daughters and I. We were in Waco for a long weekend, doing all the iconic things Waco had to offer. It was a short walk to Magnolia and a 5ish min drive to everything else. The owner was so kind and helpful, answering any questions we had. She also left goodies for us to snack on. So sweet! I would 100% recommend this cottage to anyone visiting Waco!
