ACHeater only blew hot air Turned temp to 60 & room still felt like 75 Wall temp control broken Bathroom sink faucet only produced cold water when turned all the way right Shower doors had no bottom track and felt like they would come off the top track Have stayed in many hotels as a military family and this one is towards the bottom of the list When I mentioned the above to the assistant manager he said we should have told the front desk My counter point is that the hotel staff should ensure a room is in proper order before renting it

Very clean, well organized, friendly staff. The breakfast was much better than standard free breakfasts. It is easy to get to, and close to lots of shopping and attractions. Downtown is reachable in about 10 minutes

We enjoyed the space of this room, made traveling with a toddler and a teen calmer. The bed wasn’t comfortable and the pillows were very thin. But everywhere was clean. I’d definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was excellent, delicious and varied, with the main dish changing daily, which was a nice touch. The location is beautiful and adds to the overall experience. However, the housekeeping service was disappointing. During our five-day stay, the beds were never made, not even once! Trash was only taken out a single time. One of the simple pleasures of staying in a hotel is returning to a freshly made bed and a tidy room, and unfortunately, that was missing here. I’m not sure if this is a new policy, but it definitely took away from the comfort of the stay.
