We had our book club retreat here and couldn’t be happier about booking the Farmhouse. The hosts are so responsive and helpful. The house is beautifully done and well maintained. We enjoyed our afternoons reading by the fire pit. It was such a relaxing, cozy weekend. I cannot recommend this property enough. Everything is well-stocked from the kitchen to the coffee bar to the bathrooms. You can see the pride the owners take in this property and you don’t always find that in a VRBO. Thank you guys so much for making these 3 moms weekend in Waco so comfortable.

Graduation Retreat

The house was exactly we wanted. There was plenty of room to relax. We had family of all ages coming by to congratulate the graduate and everyone who came by enjoyed their time. Incredible getaway!

We loved the farmhouse and all of its charm! It was super clean, bright and sunny. It was in great location and close to the key places to visit in Waco. A key highlight for us were the front porch rockers overlooking beautiful countryside as well as cozy evening conversations on the back screened in porch. An awesome place!

Waco Getaway

This property is close to the Waco Airport so it is very convenient if you decide to fly in. The home sits on top of a hill giving you an expansive view of the entire valley. The furniture is comfortable. All the appliances worked. I would stay there again and would recommend it to anyone traveling to Waco. The house was exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated. The air conditioning worked great. The outside property is huge. There is a game room on the property and a hot tub. We did not use the hot tub but we did play air hockey in the game room.

Wonderful weekend!

We had a wonderful stay! My children (6, 5, & 2 years old) each had their own bed, which is a huge deal! And we all enjoyed the game room! Very clean, nicely decorated, and the quality of everything was wonderful! We will definitely stay here again!

Home is beautiful, clean, stocked with household items. The game room was perfect for teens! Host was very responsive and made sure all needs were met. Location was perfect, close to downtown Waco, but out in the country. Loved this house. When we come back to visit, will book again.

Trip to Waco

We were really impressed with this property. It was clean and perfect for our family of 5. Our kids really enjoyed the game room. It’s a great location - you get country feels while still being able to get anywhere you need to go easily. The hosts were great. Excellent Getaway

This was a perfect place for our girls weekend. We loved being out in the country a ways and away from the hustle, yet within 20 minutes of just about everything we chose to do in Waco. The house was immaculate, darling and so up to date; and we enjoyed the game room and hot tub as well! Hopefully we will visit here again!!

Cutest Farmhouse

Everything about our stay was perfect! We stayed here with another family and had plenty of room to relax, play, & cook. The home was neat, clean, & oh so farmhouse cozy! From check-in to check-out, it was amazing! Upon arrival, the lock was not working correctly. Management called us and helped us gain access within 2 minutes & made sure everything was good before getting off of the phone. The game room was perfect for the whole family to play and have fun! The house was well equipped for cooking, had an amazingly well-stocked coffee bar, & even a few snacks already there! It's close to anything we could need. Everything was comfy and felt like home. We plan to visit Waco again next spring and are already hoping to stay in this same home again!

Wonderful house in the country

We went to visit out Baylor sons for Thanksgiving. They very much enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub, playing in the game room and eating food that we could prepare in a well-appointed kitchen. Communication with owners was excellent and we always enjoy staying in properties managed by D & L. Hope to see you again soon!

Fantastic Property!

This home is amazing! It was clean, beautifully decorated and as comfortable as staying in my own home! I took my 80’s parents for their 60th wedding anniversary and we had cool breezes to enjoy the front porch rockers and the hot tub was great to finish out the day after visiting the Silos and the other great things Waco offers. Highly recommend for families with children and anyone who wants to escape the city life for the country. We will stay again on our next visit!
