The room was average but you can tell the hotel is outdated. Only had basic TV and to have white towels dingy with green stains on them but I took my own towels. There was no breakfast and the surrounding grounds look horrible. You would think you were in a desert if you didn’t know where you were

There was no breakfast. The carpet in my room spelled. If the air condition is turned off the carpet spelled worse. The baseboard on the bathroom was nasty. They charged me for a room I already paid for. I tried to tell them but they didn't listen.

The whole hotel had a weird smell. The carpet was dirty. There were no wash cloths available the entire time we were here. We arrived n Friday and checked out on Sunday. There are only two hotels in the town. We chose this one because it advertised breakfast. There was limited breakfast. They did accommodate a late check in.

Property had a foul musty smell and room was extremely hot when we got there. The a/c was completely off including in the lobby. Pillows were flat and had a smell like they had not been washed or were not washed properly.

A few friends and I stayed here for a concert. Absolutely horrid. Expired foods in the vending machine. Smelt like pee. Dirty sheets. Fridge didn’t work. Shower head was absolutely trashed. 1 towel for 4 people. And the staff isn’t friendly. I would never ever stay here again. We contemplated spending 1800$ on a room in downtown Waco just so we didn’t have to sleep here for one night.

The pool wasn’t set up or clean, the last day in the bathroom the rail in the shower broke off when I just helled on for a second. The cleaning stuff they use, have the room smelling a little funny. The lawn outside was cut.

The lobby feels like a sauna. Absolutely no airflow at all. We were sweating during out 2 minute check in. Our room smelled absolutely awful and the air conditioner did not work very well at all
