Our room was battling an odor from the AC unit. Maintenance tried to remedy but it came back. Really like this hotel and will try a stay in the future.

It was a very nice hotel , beds were comfortable and shower was spacious. The only complaint I have is that my room was not ready at check in time , nor an hour and a half later . I had to push the manager to get a room. Apparently, they weren’t prepared for all the late check outs .

Great experience!

With 40,000 people in town for a music show, the staff especially Richard at the front desk was amazing. He was kind and helpful with over a dozen people showing up at the same time to check in. Our room was not ready yet and he suggested a great place to have a late lunch while our room was being cleaned. Once we got back he remembered my name and had my keys ready. Later that night when everyone came back from the show Robert and another man (sorry I didn’t get his name) was at the desk and helped us with all our needs. The bar was still open so we had a drink and visited with new friends that went to the show. I can’t say enough on how well the staff handled so many people. The hotel was fully booked and I never heard one complaint.
