"Taubennest" Vacation Apartment – Between the Schlei and the Baltic Sea

Our bright and modernly furnished vacation apartments in Waabs, each measuring 50 square meters, offer the ideal base for exploring the Schwansen Peninsula and the Baltic Sea coast. The accommodations are designed to sleep up to four people and feature a thoughtfully designed floor plan. While the interiors of the apartments are compact and cozy, the spacious outdoor area offers plenty of room for cars and bicycles.
The location is ideal for nature lovers and cyclists. Schleswig-Holstein’s excellently developed network of bike paths begins right outside the door. The nearby Baltic Sea beaches are just a short drive away and offer the perfect place to relax on beautiful days for swimming, as well as plenty of space for long walks. The idyllic towns of Eckernförde and Kappeln on the Schlei are each about a 20-minute drive away. In addition, a bus stop is just a two-minute walk away, with buses running in both directions every 30 minutes.
The interior comfort leaves nothing to be desired. The fully equipped kitchen features, among other things, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, and a coffee maker. The first bedroom is furnished with a French queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm), while the second, separate room offers a sturdy bunk bed (90 x 200 cm). A modern bathroom with a shower and toilet rounds out the amenities.
With us, you’ll travel without any hidden costs. High-speed Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the entire property and in the apartments. Upon your arrival, the beds will already be freshly made, and towels will be waiting for you.
We make your arrival completely flexible and independent. Secure key safes are located right next to the front door. This allows you to check in exactly when it fits your schedule. The key stored inside opens both the shared front door and the door to your private vacation apartment. On our property, exactly one permanently assigned and numbered private parking space per vacation apartment is reserved for your car. There are plenty of bike racks directly in front of the house for your bicycles.
Please note that our vacation apartments are allergy-friendly and smoke-free. Pets are therefore not allowed.
