Completely renovated and very comfortable semi-troglodyte house, located on a quiet lane in the wine-growing village of Vouvray.
You'll appreciate its comfort, its warm furnishings, its brightness, and its quality amenities, as well as its proximity to local shops and the region's main tourist attractions. Ideal for a romantic getaway, a family getaway, or a business trip.
Not suitable for festive events.

The Accommodation

This 17th- and 19th-century semi-troglodyte house has been completely renovated and has belonged to the same family for four generations. The troglodyte section provides protection from the heat in summer, while also being very comfortable in winter.
We are offering this family home for rent, in a residential area, to which the owners are very attached. For these reasons, it cannot be rented for festive events. Thank you for your understanding.

The house has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6.

On the ground floor, it comprises:
- Fully equipped kitchen and dining area: induction hob, dishwasher, coffee machines (filter and Nespresso), refrigerator/freezer, kettle, toaster, basic necessities, pellet stove, etc.
- Laundry room (washing machine, dryer, clothes horse)
- Living room with TV
- 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200)
- 1 bathroom with a bathtub and walk-in shower
- 1 separate toilet

On the first floor, you will find:
- 1 master bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200) and bathroom (walk-in shower)
- 1 bedroom with bunk beds (two single beds)

Outside, a large private courtyard divided into several areas:

Guest access
The entire property is at your disposal. A shed in the courtyard allows you to park your vehicles inside the property.
The town of Vouvray is in the heart of the Loire Valley, an ideal central location for visiting the Loire Valley châteaux and vineyards. The nearest châteaux are 15 minutes away.
Other notes
Check-in and key collection are by appointment, between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. Check-out is by 10:00 a.m. at the latest.
The rate includes linens: sheets, towels, bath mat, and tea towel. Beds are made upon arrival and housekeeping upon departure.
A small grocery store, hygiene products, and cleaning supplies are available to help you begin your stay.
The house has steps and a staircase; it is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
