Once a working watermill, the building still tells its story through original stone walls, exposed wooden beams, and original details, making it perfect for a holiday with family or friends.

Inside, you'll find a spacious living area with a cozy fireplace, two sofas, and satellite TV. The fully equipped kitchen (microwave, fridge-freezer, two ovens, a gas hob, an induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, food processor, espresso machine, coffee maker, and ample crockery and cutlery) allows you to cook to your heart's content using the fresh herbs available on the terrace. The dining table seats up to eight people.

The three stylishly furnished bedrooms (double beds, two 1.60m wide and one 1.80m wide) feature high-quality mattresses and toppers, mosquito nets, and blackout curtains. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom. The bathrooms include organic soap, a shower with both a standard and a rain shower head, a toilet with bidet, a sink, and a hairdryer. One bathroom also has a bathtub. The bedrooms are arranged around the heart of the house—a living room with a fireplace, sofas, and satellite TV—ensuring plenty of privacy. A small living room, adjoining one of the bedrooms, has two additional comfortable single beds (80 x 190 cm) that can be made up if needed. When not used as a bedroom, it can serve as a lounge (with satellite TV).

The outdoor area invites you to relax and enjoy yourself: On the spacious, elevated terrace, you'll find a dining table for 8 people, a seating area, and a gas grill. It's shaded by a large pine tree and an old walnut tree, so even in hot weather you can enjoy the beautiful view, barbecue, or relax in the comfortable seating area. The pool (4 x 9 m) features sun loungers, parasols, and a shaded retreat with a comfortable sofa. There, you can quietly read a book or take a well-deserved nap.

The property (approx. 2000 sq m) is fully fenced and consists of a wildflower meadow, a large garden, and a level lawn where you can play football or badminton (provided in the house).

There is a music room with an electric piano and guitar.
