Set in the peaceful countryside near Volterra, the property offers stunning views and impeccably maintained outdoor spaces.

Each apartment has been thoughtfully furnished to ensure both comfort and tranquillity, blending traditional charm with modern amenities.

The grounds feature expansive green areas, a delightful shared swimming pool, and a stylish travertine sunbathing terrace equipped with a gazebo, sun loungers, and umbrellas — ideal for unwinding under the Tuscan sun.

Nestled in the rolling hills of Tuscany, Borgo Ariano enjoys a prime location within easy reach of world-famous destinations such as Volterra, San Gimignano, Siena, Florence, and the Tuscan coast.

The property is personally managed by the friendly owners, who live just a short distance away and are readily available should guests require any assistance.

Access to the villa is via a well-maintained unpaved road.

We had a wonderful time at Borgo Ariano. A beautifully restored house with a large pool, quiet, clean, and fantastic! The owners and their staff are very friendly; it's like being in a family. It's a great base for trips to the sea (50 km away), Siena, Voltera, or San Gimignano. We highly recommend it and would go back.

In this newly renovated Borgo you’ll get your vacation you deserve. Excellent facilities and architecture, big comfortable rooms with AC, nice, well equipped kitchen. REALLY nice beds and pillows, even the bed sofa is as comfortable as a real bed. The pool area is nice with salt water pool! The staff who are working there are so dedicated and determined to make your vacation the best one. The hospitality, the knowledge and their creativity. Just WOW. We will be back. There is a neighboring farm who has horse and quad bike excursions, we did both and we enjoyed it highly. A lot of great restaurants in the area. Just 2 min drive to a nice pizza, best pasta in Mazzolla, amazing restaurants in Volterra. Perfect located between Volterra and San Gimignano, Siena and Firenze are within an hour drive.

Gli appartamenti sono nuovi, ampi e progettati con cura, si trovano in una splendida Proprietà tranquilla, nella campagna,in posizione ideale per visitare i dintorni. Un ringraziamento particolare va al titolare, estremanente gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa avessimo bisogno. Avendo trascorso solo un week end non abbiamo avuto il tempo di goderci la bellissima piscina, ritorneremo!
