Utilize caution when walking outside as Volcano is so moist that beautiful moss loves to grow here, regardless of trying to rid of it. It is slippery!
Please be aware that a tenant occupies the separate downstairs space. Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours in the evening. The grounds and home will feel very private for guest stays.
