Highly recommended – especially for nature lovers!

We stayed in the Junior Suite. Room was very large, nice furnishings and bathroom, all clean. Only complaint was that it was a bit too dark during the day and that some things were broken/nearly broken, like the room’s door handle and one of the blinds. Staff were very friendly and helpful, both at reception, the breakfast service and the restaurant, which we both used. The breakfast service was great and dinner even better – wonderful set menu and actually quite good value given the quality of food and presentation. But the stand out was the hotel’s grounds. Surrounded by nature and set within a small valley, it really is beautiful. Given the area is great has many great walking routes, I’d really recommend visiting L.A., especially if you appreciate nature and natural beauty!

Trevligt och vackert renoverat hotell i vacker miljö. De gemensamma rummen hade en härlig och lyckad blandning av gammalt och nytt. Trädgården var underbar med oväntade inslag från tidigare perioder ”gömda” i parken. Personalen var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam. Rummet/sviten vi bodde i var fräscht (dock tyvärr med mindre lyckad badrumslösning, där wc, dusch och handfat fanns i tre olika utrymmen). Sängen var skön och ac fungerade väl. God frukost som kunde intas i den vackra innergården eller i den vackra restaurangen. (Vi åt tyvärr inte middag på hotellet.) Hotellet är inte helt handikappvänligt, så rekommendation är att stämma av förutsättningarna inför ett besök.

Prachtig hotel midden in de natuur. Door een waterstoring moesten wij helaas naar een zusterhotel in het dorp. Het is erg rustig daar en ziet er fantastisch uit, wij gaan nog een keer terug en hopen dan wel te kunnen overnachten
