Your villa consists of 3 floors, 3 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 120 sqm and can accommodate up to 8 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your villa can be heated with central heating. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room / bedroom with 1 double bed and 2 additional beds at couch/sofa, TV and CD. You have access to the 25 sqm, covered terrace with garden furniture. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Cooking nook in the eat-in kitchen with dinette, dishwasher, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), oven, refrigerator (10 l, freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. Bathroom with shower, WC and bidet. Bathroom with shower, WC and hairdryer.
In addition, your villa is equipped with washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Vodnjan, district of Gajana. The villa is situated on a 250 sqm enclosed plot. The villa, a traditional Istrian house with a modern design, is located in a small village called Gajana, not far from the town of Vodnjan. Built in 1910 and renovated in 2019 into a modern villa with a pool, it offers you complete comfort during your stay. Everyone is welcome at Villa Micol - groups of friends, couples, families with children, as the villa offers amenities for all generations, and you certainly won’t miss out on fun. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car).
