The living and dining area also opens onto the terrace and provides views of the swimming pool.

The ground floor houses 3 bedrooms, each furnished with a French bed measuring 180 cm by 200 cm, a private shower room with WC, and individual air conditioning. All 3 bedrooms on this level offer direct access to the swimming pool.
