Spacious 4 bedroom holiday house with private swimming pool is located in tiny village Sveti Kirin in Istria.
This house is suitable for bigger families or group of friends. It is well equipped with up to date appliances and tastefully furnished interior. Plenty of fenced outside area allows guests to enjoy the privacy and indulge themselves in the careless and relaxed holiday. Cosy evenings on the terrace and BBQ diners are nice closure of the long summer day. Your children will be thankful for big outside space and playground. House is pets friendly.

The location of the house is perfect for daily visits to different sites, as medieval Istrian little towns with unique charm and atmosphere, local taverns, aqua land or Dino park, National park Brijuni or ancient town of Pula with its famous Roman Colosseum. Closest beaches are reachable within 10 km drive in a nice little place called Fažana.

The interior 130 m2 of the house consists of:

Nice place to stay in Istria

Nice place to stay in for a couple of weeks, the house is large enough for 6 persons, nice pool and all was clean and present. Contact with the owner was very pleasant and they responded swiftly to any question. Only 'disadvantage' is that the house is located right next to a road, which at some times during the day can cause some noise

House, garden and pool were ok but to close to a road with heavy traffic.

House is well equipt. The pool area is very nice. Unfortunately there was a construction site opposite the house. The road is the boundery of the garden with heavy traffic during the whole day. Over all it is very noisy. The garden is fully enclosed so you have no problems with the dogs.
