House for 8 persons: approx. 160 m2, comprising a basement, ground floor and first floor. The basement (approx. 20 m2) features a small wine cellar with a fine selection of local wines. On the ground floor there is an air-conditioned living room with an open-plan kitchen, dining area and an open fireplace. This floor also includes one bedroom with a double bed and TV, as well as a bathroom with a shower. The first floor offers three bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed, TV and air conditioning. Furthermore, on this floor you can find one bathroom with a shower. A covered terrace with seating area and barbecue is located behind the house. The entire property is enclosed by a stone wall approximately 1 m high. The swimming pool (8 × 4 m) with sun terrace, lounge pavilion and outdoor shower with a WC in the garden is available for your exclusive use.

Swimming pools: Please note that swimming pools are usually available for use from about mid-May to late September, depending on the weather. If not explicitly stated in the description, the swimming pool is not heated.
