The room was ok but basic. The Property is in a good location but the hosts were awful. Very rude, yhe woman was having a meltdown because we did not register as soon as we got there. The man was aggressive and to be honest I would not have felt comfortable staying there alone. When we left, we made minimal sounds but had to get our cases down the stairs and he came out shouting at us. Extremely poor customer service from what seems like unhappy people who really should have a lot to be grateful for. If they dont want to deal with people do a different job. Unacceptable communication from start to finish.
