The property offers a mountain view and step-free access for added comfort.



Enjoy a private garden within a superb 6000 m² wooded and enclosed 18th-century estate, featuring a pond and a three-hundred-year-old oak tree. The outdoor dining area under a gazebo is ideal for al fresco meals with a private barbecue, while the table, chairs, and loungers provide perfect spots to relax in the shade of the trees.



Parking is available for one car on site, with additional street parking nearby. Pets are allowed, but events are not permitted. Beach towels are provided. You can store your bicycles in the shared storage room or use the shared ski room. Families will appreciate the playground.



You are only a 10-minute walk from Lake Bourget and its beaches via a secure path. A supermarket is 600 m away, and a bus stop 100 m away connects you to Aix-les-Bains. Cycle paths, including the lake's greenway, are 1 km away. The Aix-les-Bains racecourse and golf course are 3 km away on foot.
