Très bel emplacement. Literie très bonne ( lits de 0,90 ), mais alèzes non changées.Appartement dans un état vétuste qui mérite une sérieuse rénovation (décoration et peinture) et renouvellement de l'équipement cuisine : plaques, frigo,poele, casseroles.

Nice appartement, but not that well isoleted from sound and cold weather conditions

There is not enough isolation in the walls, you can hear what's happening in the upside & downside neighborhood. However, the appartement is complete and has all necessary items for a nice staying in family/turism. I would only advice to get in touch/communication with the responsable of the building to avoid surprises and embarassing situations before departure!

Le studio laissé dans son jus d ' il ya 20 ans

Le sudio mal équipé et sale. Les plaques electriqies et le micro ondes fonctionnent mal, dans les placard 40 assiettes mais que 3 tasses, aucun couteau correct, la vaisselle mal levée, des traînées marrons( café ?) sur les murs, les clique clac inconfortable, sous les lit les "moutons" de poussiere. On voit que le propriétaire ne fait rien pour améliorer son studio. Meme les fenêtres ferment mal et l'etendoire pour le linge est cassé. Sincèrement le sudio n'est pas digne d'être sur le site d'Abritel.

Bon emplacement près des thermes et du centre ville. Stationnement facile grâce aux parkings des thermes, ou dans la petite rue adjacente. Aucun bruit la nuit. J'ai été étonnée de ne pas voir de consigne de sécurité dans la copropriété, comme un plan d'évacuation en cas d'incendie ni de signalement d'issue de secours

Bon rapport qualité prix

Très silencieux, pratique pour trouver un emplacement de parking. Un seul point négatifs; le linge empestait le tabac froid. Dommage aussi que les rideaux ne soient pas occultant
