Quiet hamlet well located between Manzat and Châteauneuf-les-Bains. Châteauneuf-les-Bains is a very pleasant spa resort on the banks of the Sioule. Many activities nearby: Canoeing on the Sioule, swimming and water activities at the Philippe pond in St-Gervais-d'Auvergne and at the Viaduc des Fades, hiking or mountain biking in the countryside... Recently renovated independent house on two levels which includes: On the ground floor : - a living room with kitchen, dining room, lounge - a separate toilet On the 1st floor: - a bedroom with a 140 bed and its small balcony - a bedroom with two 90cm bunk beds (the top bunk is prohibited for children under 6 years old) - a large bathroom Category 1 dog not accepted
