Cortesia e disponibilità del personale, posizione rispetto al centro della città e disponibilità di parcheggio sono i punti forti della struttura. Molto buoni la pulizia delle camere, la presenza del frigobar. La camera era ampia, dotata di tv e servizio sky.

Ottima soluzione per visitare la città

Bell’hotel appena fuori le mura (3 minuti a piedi) molto ben tenuto! Ottima pulizia, buona colazione e servizio davvero cortese da parte di tutto il personale! I consigli sia per la cena sia per i luoghi da visitare e le strade da fare per ammirare le bellezze sono stati particolarmente apprezzabili. Da non dimenticare che per un imprevisto abbiamo dovuto cancellare la prenotazione nel giorno di arrivo e, nonostante fosse non rimborsabile, sono stati così gentili da consentirci di utilizzarla una settimana dopo.
