Room is clean but not enough room service. Running out of shower gel and towel, I have to pick up those at the front desk every day. Breakfast is the worst. We need to fight for the food, too many guests on limited food supply. Running out of breads, coffee, eggs, bananas and even ice water before breakfast closed

Staff was very courteous and helpful. Room was clean and bed comfortable. However, the air conditioner was a bit loud and I got to the breakfast area a little late at 9:30 am and there wasnt much left but there were a lot of familes staying there while we were there. Overall, would stay here again!

This facility should be kept more cleaner, more efficient and more customer oriented. Much are needed such as ice cold water, amenities, welcome coffee. Why is a small automated sales flatform setup in front way? To pickpocket your guests? Nonsense of sales items, the prices! Please don't give Hyatt Regency a shame!

I’ve stayed at this hotel 1/2 a dozen times in the past 5 years. The staff are friendly and the breakfast staff are very hard working. The selection at breakfast is pretty good, with eggs, bacon, sausage, fresh fruit, oatmeal, and different breads. The rooms are clean and the pool area is well maintained.

What stood out to me the most is when they cleaned my room, and accidentally threw a pair of jeans and a shirt away, I approached an employee and he walked around looking for the lady who cleaned my room, he was told she had went home for the day, he then located the general manager (Jennifer), who was going to jump in the trash can to see if my clothes was in there, they weren't, she replaced my clothes, and had them ship to my house. AMAGING staff works there, awesome people, Thank you team Hyatt Visat Ca.
