The first bedroom contains one french bed measuring 160 centimeters wide by 200 centimeters long and includes air conditioning. The second bedroom also has one french bed of the same dimensions at 160 centimeters wide by 200 centimeters long, and comes with its own shower, WC, and air conditioning. The open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, freezer, and electric coffee machine, with an exit leading to the garden. Additional facilities include a separate shower and WC, plus a separate WC, and the house is equipped with forced-air heating.
