An open kitchen is fully fitted for comfortable self-catering, and a separate WC is also available on this level. The ground floor benefits from floor heating throughout.

The upper floor hosts 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, offering a well-considered layout for families or groups. An open walk-through room contains 1 double sofabed and a flat screen satellite TV. The first bedroom features 1 French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, accompanied by a private bath and WC. The second bedroom is fitted with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The third bedroom offers 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and is served by a shower and WC. Floor heating is also present throughout the upper floor.
