The villa is located in the village of Zikovici, not far from Porec, and approx. 11 km from the first beaches. Shops, restaurants and the like can be found in Visnjan, 5 km away, and a typical taverna is only 2 km from the villa. The holiday home is situated in a very quiet location on a fenced 630 sqm plot where guests have at their disposal an outdoor saltwater pool of 24 sqm with sun loungers, a covered terrace with dining table, barbecue, well-kept garden with flowers and covered parking for two cars. It offers space for 4-5 people with 140 square metres of living space spread over two floors. On the ground floor of the house is the tastefully furnished living area, modern kitchen with access to the covered terrace and garden, as well as the bathroom with shower. On the first floor, this house offers a spacious bedroom with a double bed, a room with two single beds, the bathroom and a balcony with a seating set. Groups of young people are not allowed.
