Villa Katarina & Luka is composed of a ground floor, first floor and attic of 110 m2. Maximum capacity is for 6 persons. The ground floor consists of living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom (shower, toilet), from the living room open onto a covered terrace overlooking the garden, patio and pool. All floors of the house are connected by internal stairs. The first floor is a spacious bedroom with bathroom (shower, toilet), the loft is another bedroom. In the courtyard area of 700m2 enclosed by a stone wall, there is an old mulberry and walnut trees, a small eco-garden and a swimming pool 7x3.5 m. This garden provides you complete privacy and parking. Villa Katarina & Luka is best suited for families with children or couples.
