Séjour très agréable dans ces deux gîtes spacieux. Il y avait tout le nécessaire. Les échanges avec les propriétaires et la gestionnaire sur place se sont très bien déroulés, avec de bon conseils sur les environs ! Je recommande fortement !La piscine était top, les cuisine également. Et la localisation est idéale pour un week-end au calme

Beautiful place in the country with fabulous views, a wonderful heated pool and compact house.

We spent a really relaxing week in this away cosy cottage. The heated pool is fantastic – our first four days were very hot and it was brilliant to be able to use the pool to relax and cool off. The grounds around the cottage are mainly meadow with some wonderful old trees and also an abundance of buddleia bushes which attracted a wide variety of butterflies. We were welcomed with a gift of goats cheese from the creamery along the lane and some honey from Lucas's hives! Everything in the house is very clean and functions as it should, although a little small in the cottage, we were able to make use of the annex as we were four adults. Both had excellent shower and bathroom facilities and everything you could need on holiday. The outside space was fabulous. Our only issue was that one night, some large hornets came into the house attracted by the lights – but we were able to remove them and were careful to keep the doors closed when the lights were on after that! We also found the cottage very hot, an electric fan for the hot nights would have been welcome, but as it got cooler later in the week this wasn't an issue. It really is a beautiful place and we found the peace and quiet very relaxing. The surrounding towns and villages were also quiet as a lot of the traders seemed to choose the week we visited to take their own holidays – after the main holiday season was over we guessed! We didn't have time to fully explore and would love to return to find out more about the region one day. Thank you, Lucas and family, for the use of your wonderful holiday cottage. Location située dans un très bel endroit, au calme. L'organisation en deux gites est idéale pour deux familles, avec la possibilité de se retrouver pour les repas dans le plus grand des deux. Lucas et Sacha sont très accueillants et de bon conseil pour profiter de la région.

Les maisons sont au calme en haut d'une colline, la vue sur la vallée depuis la piscine est magnifique, il y a des jeux pour les enfants et un très grand terrain pour le bonheur de toute la famille ! L'accueil et la communication avec les propriétaires étaient parfait.

Séjour très agréable et reposant

Un endroit isolé avec une vue très sympa, des propriétaires très sympathiques, discrets et accueillants avec de gentilles attentions. Des logements très confortables et bien équipés, une piscine au sel avec un super paysage. Nous recommandons fortement pour un séjour calme et reposant en famille loin du tumulte de la ville.

Les gîtes sont agréables sauf si la température extérieure est basse car il manque chauffage dans le gîte à côté de la piscine (il n’y a qu’une cheminée) Manque quelques vaisselles Mais on a passé 15 jours agréables

Excellent séjour !

Le gîte du Grand Bois est exceptionnel pour qui souhaite passer une semaine entre amis ou en famille. Les gîtes sont isolés dans la montagne, il n'y a donc aucun passage. Ils sont aménagés intelligemment, tout est prévu pour passer un séjour commode et agréable. Les hôtes sont disponibles et accueillants. C'est parfait ! Vivement le terrain de volley et le boulodrome. Merci beaucoup !

Gîte très agréable, randonnée au départ du gîte.Pour les fromages de chèvre, vous trouverez Bernard à 20m en dessous de la maison.De nombreuses visites sur la coutellerie à Thiers, côté alimentation viscomtat et noiretable.le plus de ce gîte pas un bruit de ville,que la nature.

Inoubliable séjour

Maison confortable où l'on se sent tout de suite à l'aise. Accueil irréprochable : pain, miel (le meilleur du monde...!) et fromage de chèvre nous sont offerts à l'arrivée. Propreté : 10/10. Cela va être difficile de trouver mieux ailleurs pour le rapport qualité/prix et surtout l'environnement ! Quel pied !!! Cette région est idéale pour une réelle détente. Loin des agitations touristiques classiques. Des promenades à pied ou en VTT sans rencontrer personne. La forêt pour vous tout seul. Encore bravo pour cette belle rénovation !
