I thought this was decent hotel for 1 night , and had to change my room bed looked like sheet hadn’t been cleaned nor changed . Second room , i requested not enough linen in the bathroom, I stripped sheets and re made the bed . The toilet pressure remained low even when using toilet paper; I saw one roach near the kitchen sink .

Communication was horrible; the lady at the desk disappeared and then said I had to wait until midnite to be checked in and I had been waiting two hours for Expedia to get in contact with a representative from woodspring suits. Only two towels available and then they didn’t bring any new ones after two days stay

you get what you pay for

this hotel had all the issues i read in the reviews, but so did the other more expensive hotels near by. the bed was hard (but so was the Disney hotel i stayed in recently) the TV was small and had bright spots all over it. i killed a small roach and ant. the staff seemed to bothered that i showed up.

Awful!

This place is terrible! DO NOT stay here! Ebony was rude at check in. The reason for the stay was because we were attending a concert. When we got back from the show we discovered the room had roaches. We packed up and got left immediately. No one at service desk so we called the phone numerous times and had to leave a message. There was also a police officer coming at the same time. According to him this is pretty much the norm. 1

I was deceived by the description on your website and my third party provider about the type of hotel or suites that I booked. It was nothing like the description or pictures. I had to change to 2 other rooms that were horrible to the last one that at least had a phone, remote and clock in it. I never there slept because when we came back from my aunts funeral, in which I was in town for, was infested with roaches running all over the floor when we turned the lights on at 1:30am. We step on one, but there were other things wrong in that room. I took pictures and will gladly forward to corporate if necessary. I need my money back. This is unacceptable and there was no one at the desk to contact, we grabbed our things and left to drive back to Georgia with no sleep after having such a stressful day with my Aunt. We never slept there and was suppose to check out today, August 31st. We are devastated by this experience and expect someone to respond back to me with a solution for my horrible experience.

Uninhabitable Experience-

In the parking lot , there sat a squad car with a k-9 sign on the side of the vehicle .Upon signing in ,there was a sign that read no refund .Upon check in I had to fill out four pages of waivers and was told that some occupants had lived in this hotel for years . After opening the door to the assigned room ,there was a strong smell of urine possibly masked with bleach .The room was not clean and I checked out immediately with a refund and no questioning from the desk clerk. This facility should not be listed as a hotel as it contains long term residents and the place shows signs of interior wear and tear throughout .

This property is not well maintained. It smelled of marijuana upon entering. You could hear through the walls. The refrigerator was rusted and cracked. The microwave door was broken where the handle was and was glued on crooked. The chair was peeling. The nightstand was scratched. There was no remote to the TV and when one was requested, I was given one without a battery cover and it was to the wrong TV so it didn't work. The bathroom door was cracked as though someone had punched it. I ended up leaving after two hours and booking a room elsewhere.

This is not a traditional hotel. I should have no by the fact there was no lobby with accessible bathrooms. The room had roaches and upon further inspection the mattress had bedbugs. I would rather sleep in my car then subject myself to such uncleanliness. The staff was no where to be found. I finally realized this was a place for temporary residence for those who are undomiclied. Needless to say I did not stay! Please don’t market this as a hotel!!!! There are ghettos cleaner than this place.
