This unique place has a style all its own. Studio 525 is the perfect place for two to unwind after a fun filled day in Virginia Beach . My transformed craft/art space is comfortable and private. relaxing on the balcony while drinking your morning coffee or after a fun day at the beach.
studio 525 is in walking distance to several coffee shops, restaurants , The Vibe District, the grocery , The best snow cone on the east coast "GET LOST'.

Studio 525 is a cozy yet spacious studio with all any couple could need to enjoy time in Va Beach. When guests first arrive you will notice our Beautiful gate , Walk right through and follow the brick walkway . Please stay on the path. To the left of the garage door you will find another door. Walk right in , this space is designed to keep all beach gear. Follow the steps up to another door(Ill send the code on day of check in)
I have available two beach chairs , three beach towels .

I do enjoy meeting my guests if we happen to cross paths.

Cute seaside apartment

This was a perfect location, a 9 minute walk to the beach and just a minute drive to the highway. Parking is right in front of the garage apartment. No one lives in the garage so no worries about my noisy special needs son. The apartment was just the right size for 2 of us to have our own space. He slept on a twin bed (couch) in the living room area. The kitchen was well stocked with quality cookware. I hope we get to Virginia Beach again next summer!

This is a comfortable, roomy, artsy space with great amenities like beach supplies and washer and dryer. The full kitchen was great for cooking and there’s a market about an 8-minute walk away. Tammy was very welcoming and keeps a beautiful garden. The beach is a 10-minute walk away. We loved staying here and we would love to come back.

Great couples getaway

My wife and I stayed here for the 4th of July weekend and could not be more satisfied with our experience. Tammy is a great host! This is about a 10 minute walk from the beach. It’s connected to Tammy’s house, but we did not hear her or her family at all! With access to a stove, microwave, fridge, freezer, and sink, this truly felt like a home away from home. You will find yourself relaxing in the living room which is a very chill space or on the balcony which is very peaceful and a great place for two to read or just listen to the breeze! I will be recommending this place to any couple in need of a place to stay at Virginia Beach!
