Trash must go outside in black bin! Recycling goes in blue bin. Trash collection from the city is on Tuesdays ( roll out bins on Monday night).
Leave house tidy, move furniture back to original location. Leave bed sheets and towels as is, no need to put in laundry room.
Put all dirty dishes in machine and press start on your way out. All pet waste picked up and discarded in outside trash bin.

Wonderful stay so close to the beach

My husband and I, along with some friends, stayed for a month in Dan and Vicki's beautiful home. It's in the very desirable neighborhood of Croatan, which is very safe, kind neighbors, and less than a minute walk to the beach. The house was very spacious and clean, and well maintained with lawn and pool service. You're just a short drive to the main VB Oceanfront Boardwalk. Our hosts were very responsive whenever we reached out to them. We enjoyed it so much that we would absolutely stay here again if we have the opportunity to. Would highly recommend it to anyone looking.
