After a day of sun, sand, and surf, relax on the sundeck for a late afternoon siesta, where you’ll see sunsets like no other. The layout and functionality of the house was great. The house could use a few repairs- leaking door, broken door handle, one stove burner didn’t work, broken window shades, heavy dirt accumulation along baseboard, etc

The kitchen did not have all that i expected. Had to buy a can opener and cookie sheet. Pans in bottom of stove were dirty. Dirty dishes and silverware put away. Beds were clean and house clean. Bath mat in master bedroom moved when i got in tub. Fell and hurt knee. I called management office for a report. Tv was broken in one room. Service person was prompt fixing it. Blood on comforter in a bedroom

Perfect Place!

We came into town for our wedding reception, and stayed at this spot which was absolutely perfect! It exceeded our expectations. Extremely spacious and the walkway to the beach was wonderful. 10/10 would stay again.

Because of my crew, I truly enjoyed myself. But, the refrigerator didnt keep our adult beverages too cold...need a new fridge. Flooring needs updated in kitchen, gas tank ran out half way thru cooking our steak and chicken. Tub had water in it, we couldnt figure out how to drain it. We figured it out the next day.but whoever cleaned the house or stayed in house left it!if they fix these issues, not bad spot. It has alot of room and pool nice

Coastal Overlook VI

The property and furnishings need some TLC. Loads of scuffs, dings and scratches on walls and furnishings. Coastal Overlook obviously has had some serious wear over the years with little or no attempt of updating. Pictures were hanging off the wall, window blinds in need of repair, leg of one couch was ready to collapse. Numerous bugs, flies, and spiders were killed during our stay with lots of spider and cobwebs on the outside as well. Shoes were found under one bed from a previous guest, so the unit was not throughly cleaned between renters. However, the updated washer and dryer was used continuously with 6 kiddos! That was a blessing! Thank you for that and we all had a great time at the pool and the beautiful!

I like to start with the positives: Pros- short walk to beach, very nice pool, house was ready for us with a good “surface clean”, large kitchen table was perfect for family games. The vacasa staff was very nice and responsive when we needed help with certain issues. Cons: this house needs all new kitchen pots and pans. They were so bad I bought a set for our family to use. House needs a deep clean especially a/c vents and windows/ sliding glass doors tracts are full of black gunk and hard to open and use. Floor needs repairs. The furniture needs to be replaced…old and uncomfortable. The yard needs attention-it is just weeds and we had to pick up some grease.

Great for family during our Spring Break!

Positives: Quick walk to the beach, lots of great local restaurants with yummy food for all types of eaters, great family gathering space for board games & cornhole! Could be betters: Sliding shower door & bedroom doors stuck on opening, indoor temperature hard to control evenly, wicker cushions stained & ripped, located on a busy street. Enjoyed our family time - with minor maintaining - would be the perfect spot! Looks like a great time during the Summer. Pool is HUGE!

The house could’ve been better

The location was great. The check in and out process was easy. That was the good; however, two out of four toilets handles were broken so we had take to the toilet tank lid off to flush every time…Ughhh annoying!! The drawer broken in the kitchen. Pulled it open and it fell on my sister foot..smh! Sliding balcony door off hinges, so we couldn’t go out of it.. Fridge tray on the door broken so it wouldn’t hold anything.. ALL APPLIANCES And FURNITURE is OLD, every one of them (except the washer & dryer, they were decent). The stove was horrible . Dirty, old and looks a mess. The house needs major upgrades. I don’t even want to get on the old furniture outside and the hideous grill!!! Awful

Not great for having Thanksgiving dinner.

Cleanliness of space and linens were excellent. Kitchen was not well equipped at all which was a big disappointment since we were making Thanksgiving dinner over our stay. Utensils were worn out, very cheap or non-existent. Mixer had beaters that didn't fit. Not enough kitchen towels, dishwasher pods Some of the showers were impossible to operate; no one could figure out how to use them. Fan light in TV space didn't work.
