This 3-story contemporary townhouse style condo is across the street from the ocean on Atlantic Avenue at the south end of the resort area. Walk to Rudee Inlet for deep sea fishing, parasailing, jet skiing or just fishing from the shore.

1st floor - In-law suite with double bed and full bath.
**NOTE: Need to use Exterior Staircase to access 2nd floor.**
2nd floor - Living room with adjoining balcony includes flat screen TV and DVD player; dining room; public half bath; fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, refrigerator, electric range, dish washer and counter top microwave; 1/2 bath.
3rd floor - Master bedroom with queen bed and full bath with jacuzzi, 2nd bedroom with 2 double beds and full bath; balcony between bedrooms; utility closet with full size washer and dryer.
