We were in town for the Shamrock Marathon and it was a perfect location to watch the race and keep track of our runners. It was the perfect size for our family of 4. The apartment and building were well maintained and clean. We had a great long weekend.

The room provided sufficient accommodations. I do think my family left the place cleaner than we found it. Kitchen items were unorganized and unclean. We took beach items out of the closet and cleaned them because they were covered in sand. There are stains on the cushions on chairs and couch. Carpets had fuzz balls. Closets are jumbled with clutter. My mom found dirty sponges under the sink. There was nothing new or clean to wash items in the kitchen sink. We could not find wash cloths or towels for the kitchen so we used our own. My family stayed at multiple locations on the va oceanfront. Dolphin run used to be our favorite. I think it is time to move on.
