Villa Prelec is a traditional house that was newly restored. The villa is spacious and elegantly decorated with stonewall elements and wooden beams and the entire interior is air-conditioned. The villa is divided to two separate apartments: each apartment has a separate entrance from the outside, and they are not mutually connected inside. The right-side apartment consists of a separate living room with a kitchenette, dining room, 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a lovely living room with a flat-screen satellite TV and a fireplace, for common use. In the apartment on the left side of the villa are 2 double bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The house is located in the Vinodol valley just below the historical town of Drivenik. The exterior consists of a large, completely fenced private garden with a swimming pool and sun loungers, a stone barbecue, and covered terraces with a large dining table. Free Wi-Fi and large private parking are also provided and included in the price. Jouth groups are not wanted.
