Room was comfortable but it was pretty loud two of the three nights we were there. Between the drunks yelling in the parking lot and the people in the room above us walking around until the wee hours of the morning it was pretty hard getting to sleep.

They don't offer the breakfast shown in the photos on their listing; only cereal and yogurt. The deposit is never refunded. However, the room was clean and had all the towels and linens.

The rooms were clean, when you pull up you could not tell if the motel was open, there was not alot of signage. There was also people smoking in the pool and putting there cigarettes out in the pool, the butts were all over the pool. It was very gross and discouraging to want to even use the pool again.

The hotel had cobwebs in the rooms. It was not clean and I am fairly certain there were bed bugs. I could not sleep in the sheets or covers without itching. There is no way I will ever stay here again unless they overhaul the entire place. Additionally, I had other family staying in the same hotel and they experienced the same.

Lots of parking lot available if you're coming to Grove Oklahoma to bass fish. There's plenty of room for multiple bass boats. We stayed when there was over 300 boats fishing in a vent. Lots of electric hookups to recharge your batteries and plenty of room for trucks and trailers!
