Booked this place as a stop over after visiting Chambord and Blois. The place was deserted. Rooms are dated and dirty. The worst place we stayed in the entire trip. Front desk is only manned from 5pm to maybe 8pm.

Waited 10 minutes on arrival, despite staff walking past us. Decoration - badly painted room. Wardrobe door would not open fully because of its position at the end of the bed. No waste bin in room. 1 bulb out of 3 worked in the bathroom. Curtains badly hung. No bedside tables or shelves. We ate away from hotel for both meals.

Disappointing Experience at a 3-Star Hotel

There was no air conditioning in the room, and the bathroom did not have hand wash/ soap, so we had to ask for it. The toilet was in poor condition—the flush was not working properly, and to clear it, you had to flush three or more times. During the shower, the water did not drain properly. I did not expect this from a 3-star hotel; it felt more like a 1-star experience.

This property is nothing like the pictures. Our room was filthy. There was mold in the bathroom, no shower curtain, and hole in the wall of the bathroom directly across from the shower. The walls in the room had large stains of different colors, the mirror had fallen from it original hanging spot and instead of fixing it the leaned the broken mirror up a giant another wall, the molding was peeling from the ceiling and there was a black oily residue on the heating element. It was extremely loud with children running up and down the halls with a puppy. All in all in was a miserable stay. We would never go back or reccimend this hotel to anyone.

Il manquait la climatisation. En ouvrant la fenêtre, car nous avions très chaud, nous entendions les voisins d’en dessous discuter dehors. Pas de restaurant, juste des plats à faire réchauffer, et il n’y a rien autour à pieds. Bon petit dejeuner.

L'hôtel est vieillissant. Plutôt propre, si ce n'est une serviette de toilette priori usagée restée accrochée dans la salle de bains. Avant notre séjour, J'ai envoyé des message à l'hôtel, mais n'ai j'amais eu de réponse. L'accueil à été bon, en revanche pour le check out, on aurait affaire à une machine c'aurait était pareil.

Très déçue de la propreté pour un Kyriad (trace 💩 dans les toilettes, VMC très sale, draps tachés), nous avons tous été réveillés à 6h30 par l’alarme incendie, le lendemain matin personne à l’accueil pour nous expliquer ce qu’il s’est passé. Bref, très médiocre comparé aux hôtels similaires autour que nous avons déjà testés ! Idem pour les équipements proposés (pas de clim, pas de sèche cheveux). Nous choisirons ces autres hôtels désormais, sans hésiter.

Chambre spacieuse, propre et très fonctionnelle pour travailler sur ordinateur. Le bureau est grand avec plusieurs prises électrique. Une bouilloire avec café ou infusion est à disposition. L'accueil est très chaleureux. Je recommande.

Le personnel très professionnel, mais les chambres sont plus que médiocre. Une 1ere chambre qui nous a été allouée était dans une état déplorable, poussière et poils au sol, poils dans la salle de bain, moisissure sur le mur de la la baignoire et une odeur de remontée d'égout venant des toilettes. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre et la demande a été acceptée. La 2eme était relativement propre, mais il devait y avoir un générateur au dessus qui a fait du bruit toute la nuit. L'hôtel est vieillissant et a besoin d'être rénové en profondeur. Le petit déjeuner ne vaut les 13€90 demandé, le choix est limité et les viennoiseries sortent du congélateur, les machines à café ne doivent souvent être nettoyées. Sans compter qu'il ni avait pas de chauffage dans la salle du restaurant...en plein hiver avec 8 degrés dehors c'est limite. Franchement....a fuir !
