Room was non-smoking, but upon arrival, it smelled like cigarettes (ALOT). I asked for a room change and the same thing with the new room. The toilet had low water pressure, so you had to flush it like 3 times. I've stayed here before with no problems, but this visit was not one of them! When I expressed my issues to the front desk, she said she couldn't do anything because I booked with a third party! NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, I'd say!!
