Des prestations trop médiocres pour le prix

Nous passé 15 jours en août dans cette propriété. Les propriétaires vivent dans la partie arrière de la maison. Mais cela ne nous a absolument pas gênés. Ils sont charmants et très discrets. La maison est grande, très bien située (à côté de Florence et de Pise). La piscine est magnifique. Malheureusement, les points négatifs sont nombreux. Une des chambres est dans les combles : en août, la chaleur la rend inutilisable (il faut donc retirer deux lits) La maison est infestée de moustiques : n’imaginez pas manger dehors en été. Nous avons été également extrêmement déçus par la qualité des équipements. Les deux parasols de la piscine sont vieux et tout petits, rendant la piscine inutilisable entre 11heures et 18 heures. Les propriétaires nous en ont fournis un troisième qui ne permettait pas de s’abriter correctement. Les ventilateurs fournis sont vieux et certains ne fonctionnent pas. Il n’y a pas d’aspirateur dans la maison. Vous n’avez qu’un minuscule balais et une pelle. L’électricité est totalement obsolète. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés les plombs sautaient et nous ne pouvions pas allumer la lumière de la cuisine. Le lave-linge (comme indiqué) est payant : 10 € par machine. La table de ping-pong aussi… A notre sens, la maison n’est pas adaptée en été pour une famille car elle présente trop d’inconvénients.

Schöner Aufenthalt in derToskana

Wunderschönes Anwesen. Leider konnten wir den Pool nur an einem Tag geniessen, da das Wetter nicht ideal war. Viel Platz in Haus. Man kann gemütlich draussen essen. Ausflüge sind einfach mit dem Auto zu machen. (Florenz, Pisa, Lucca). Einzig waren wir ein bisschen entäuscht, dass ein Waschgang 6 EUR extra kostet. Daher 4 Sterne.

Schöner Urlaub

Das Haus ist sehr schön und wenn man ankommt, dann beeindruckt die Villa Belvedere. Auch der große Pool ist Klasse und wurde täglich genutzt. Es sind ehr so einige Kleinigkeiten, die die Bestbewertung verhindern. Das Ehepaar, dem das Haus gehört, wohnt ja bekanntermaßen auf demselben Grundstück. Dass man sie nicht bemerkt, wie einige vorherige Urlauber geschrieben haben, ist nicht richtig. Auch an der Ausstattung und der Auffahrt könnte bei den Mietpreisen mal etwas getan werden.

Helemaal goed.

Mooi, groot en oud (1850) typisch Toscaans landhuis. Schoon, comfortabel en redelijk goed onderhouden. Vriendelijke gastvrouw en -heer, ouder echtpaar. Zij wonen in het achterhuis, maar je hebt je eigen privacy. Zij spreken alleen Italiaans. Vrije ligging met heerlijke tuin en mooi uitzicht op het Toscaanse landschap. Riant zwembad (12 meter). Met de auto zijn Florence, Pisa/Lukka goed bereikbaar.

Skøn toscanavilla med udsigt

Vi blev hjerteligt modtaget af det meget sympatiske ældre ægtepar, som bor på grunden. De talte kun italiensk, men kommunkationen lykkedes alligevel. Huset er gammelt og meget flot istandsat med smukke detaljer. Meget velfungerende og skinnende rent. Poolen er fantastisk! Huset ligger højt, og vi nød udsigten over det toscanske landskab. Der er ca 3 km til Vinci, hvor der er forretninger, restauranter og ikke mindst Leonardo Museet, som vi varmt kan anbefale. Det eneste vi savnede var AC!

Das Haus hatte einen sehr schönen Standort mit tollen Ausblicken über die umgrenzende Landschaft und die anwohnenden Vermieter waren äußerst freundlich, auch wenn sie nur Italienisch sprachen. Durch unsere Reisezeit waren die Temperaturen zeitweise noch recht kalt und die gezielte Beheizung der Wohnräume war technisch sehr schwierig.

Mooi groot huis met prachtig uitzicht.

Mooi groot oud huis , met prachtig uitzicht op het Toscaan landschap. Netjes en grote kamers, zeer vriendelijke mensen. Let wel goed op het gasverbruik wat exreem duur is (8€per m3) bij ons was het frisjes en bij gebruik van de verwarming in een groot, oud en slecht geïsoleerd huis loopt de rekening al snel op naar honderden euro's in een paar dagen.(dus tip: laat u bij aankomst de gasmeter tonen zodat u uw vebruik in de gaten kunt houden) Goed gelegen en sfeervol.

Het huis is rustig gelegen nabij het plaatsje Vinci. De eigenaar woont naast de woning, maar die is vrijwel onzichtbaar. Ruime keuken, 4 grote slaapkamers en 1 grote badkamer (naast nog 2 kleinere).

Sehr schönes Haus in der Nähe von Vinci

Sehr schönes Haus mit genug Platz für 8 Personen. Das Haus liegt auf einer Anhöhe mit Blick auf die schöne toskanische Landschaft. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Der große Pool wird täglich vom Besitzer gereinigt. Gute Ausflugsmöglichkeiten nach Pisa, Florenz und San Gimignana. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefült.

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit genügend Platz für 8 Personen. Der Pool wurde jeden Tag gereinigt und war immer sehr sauber. Gute Küchenausstattung. Genügend Platz um das Haus. Sehr schöne Lage mit Blick über das tolle Umland.

Toller entspannender Urlaub in der Toskana

Wir hatten hier ein paar sehr schöne und sonnige Urlaubstage. Die Landschaft und die Aussicht von der Villa aus sind herrlich. Typisch Toskana! Die Lage ist super als Ausgangslage für Ausflüge zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten/Städten in der Toskana. Obwohl die Vermieter weder Deutsch noch Englisch sprechen, waren sie sehr nett und alles Organisatorische verlief reibungslos. Der Vermieter brachte uns oft Weintrauben aus eigenem Anbau und selbstgemachtes Olivenöl. Wir fühlten uns hier sehr wohl.

Ideal für Familien und große Gruppen

Wir waren 3 Familien mit je 2 Kindern dort. Es ist sauber, die Aussicht idyllisch, die Vermieter wohnen zwar mit auf dem Grundstück, lassen sich aber nur morgens kurz blicken wenn sie den Pool reinigen. Ansonsten hat man absolut seine Privatsphäre. Der Pool ist nicht einsehbar. Man ist völlig für sich allein. An allen Fenstern sind Netze angebracht aber dennoch unbedingt Mückenspray mitnehmen. Einziges Manko, der Wasserdruck in den oberen Etagen. Deshalb meist im Erdgeschoss geduscht.

Prima vakantie op een prachtige plek.

We hebben genoten van het huis, directe omgeving en niet te vergeten de gastvrijheid van de eigenaren. De druiven waren heerlijk :)en pizza oven werd gevuld met hout om ons een onvergetelijk avondje pizza maken /eten te bezorgen. Jammer dat de communicatie soms moeilijk verliep omdat we het Italiaans niet machtig zijn.
