A splendid 14th-century farmhouse in the hills of Vinci, bathed in the Tuscan sun, offering complete privacy and a breathtaking view, just a stone’s throw from the birthplace of the great genius and a few kilometers from Vinci. The silence and tranquility of this timeless place will allow you to relax while surrounded by nature. You’ll have access to a large parking area in front of the farmhouse, as well as a spacious, tree-lined garden with tables and a hammock, offering a view of the Tuscan hills stretching as far as the eye can see—almost all the way to the coast. We have opened our family home to guests who wish to experience staying in the house that once belonged to Ser Piero da Vinci, father of the great Leonardo, who purchased it in 1498. The farmhouse is located about 4 km from Vinci, 1 km from Leonardo’s birthplace, and about an hour’s drive from the major cities of Tuscany. It is surrounded by hills covered in olive groves and vineyards where high-quality olive oil and wine are produced. Just a few minutes’ drive away, you can sample local products from our region.
