The property was renovated in 2019 using eco-sustainable materials and aimed at greater energy efficiency (thermal and photovoltaic panels). Each Apartment has a floor-mounted cooling system (this is not air conditioning) which in summer can bring the indoor temperature down to 25 degrees celsius.

Each Apartment offers in the garden a private and equipped outdoor area (a gazebo for each unit).
The owners live in a section of the property and occasionally use the pool.

Upon arrival you’ll find a nice clean well-maintained property with views of the hills ideal for a peaceful holiday in Tuscany. After a hectic day of visiting museums, spend some time with friends and family poolside enjoying a glass of wine - a perfect way to unwind at the end the day. Also available outside are a barbecue grill and patio. This property is a multi-unit property which is ideal for a group of friends or acquaintances traveling together that wish to have private living and sleeping quarters while sharing the common areas, like the pool or garden, with the group. Each unit is equipped with its own fully-equipped kitchen for meal preparation.

Il Sole Di Vino is a lovely property that has a total of five separate apartments that is conveniently located 5 km (3 mi) from Vinci, Italy in the tourist area "Montecatini" and only 44 km (27 mi) from Florence. Il Sole Di Vino, among other amenities, includes also WiFi internet, pool and air conditioning.

Sole Di Vino - 4 (50sq m) is a two-bedroom unit with one bathroom that is built on one level and can accommodate up to six people. Some rooms are air-conditioned for your comfort (see room details below).
