The property was renovated in 2019 using eco-sustainable materials and aimed at greater energy efficiency (thermal and photovoltaic panels). Each Apartment has a floor-mounted cooling system (this is not air conditioning) which in summer can bring the indoor temperature down to 25 degrees celsius.

Each Apartment offers in the garden a private and equipped outdoor area (a gazebo for each unit).
The owners live in a section of the property and occasionally use the pool.

Il Sole Di Vino, among other amenities, includes also air conditioning, pool and WiFi internet.

Sole Di Vino - 1 (30sq m) is a one-bedroom unit with one bathroom that is built on one level and can accommodate up to three guests. Some rooms are air-conditioned for your comfort (see room details below).
