Il Sole Di Vino is a lovely holiday rental with pool, WiFi internet and air conditioning. The apartment has been divided into a total of five independent apartments. The property can sleep up to 25 people comfortably. Conveniently located 5 km (3 mi) from Vinci, Italy in the tourist area "Montecatini" and only 44 km (27 mi) from Florence.

The property was renovated in 2019 using eco-sustainable materials and aimed at greater energy efficiency (thermal and photovoltaic panels). Each Apartment has a floor-mounted cooling system (this is not air conditioning) which in summer can bring the indoor temperature down to 25 degrees celsius.

Each Apartment offers in the garden a private and equipped outdoor area (a gazebo for each unit).
The owners live in a section of the property and occasionally use the pool.

The Experience
Upon arrival you will be greeted by the owner or manager where you’ll find a nice clean well-maintained property with views of the hills ideal for a relaxing vacation in Tuscany. After a hectic day of sightseeing, spend some time with friends and family poolside enjoying a glass of wine - a perfect way to unwind at the end the day. For your pleasure, on the grounds there is a patio and barbecue grill. Each unit has its own private living area with a kitchen with plenty of utensils, tableware and cutlery, a bedroom and bathroom. A lot of people traveling with friends prefer a multi-unit holiday rental where they can spend time together in the common areas, such as the pool or garden, but still have their own private living quarters.

Il Sole Di Vino, among other amenities, includes also air conditioning, WiFi internet and shared pool.

Sole Di Vino - 3 (50sq m) is a two-bedroom unit with one bathroom that is built on one level and can sleep up to six people. Some rooms are air-conditioned for your comfort (see room details below).
