Welcome to this oasis of peace nestled in the lush green hills of the Asti region. Set in lush surroundings, the house offers everything you need for an unforgettable vacation. You can also book a wine testing in a relaxed atmosphere, enjoying the tranquility of the countryside. It’s an experience not to be missed for wine lovers—a moment to share with friends and family to create lasting memories of this extraordinary vacation.

Starting in late April 2024, you can enjoy the surrounding landscape while soaking in the new HOT TUB located in the outdoor courtyard, shared with the other two apartments.

This beautiful home, divided into three apartments to ensure all guests have the privacy they deserve, welcomes you with its charming atmosphere and breathtaking views of the surrounding vineyards.
My property has been recently renovated and places a strong emphasis on sustainability.

The house is on two levels, without an elevator, and can comfortably accommodate up to 13 people. It features:

- 3 kitchens: equipped with induction cooktops, they are fully stocked with everything you need to prepare your meals, including dishes, toasters, and coffee makers to start your day off right.
It’s the ideal place to relax; all rooms are equipped with a comfortable French-style sofa bed, and the dimensions are:
- 2 beds measuring 138 cm × 185 cm for two people;
- 1 bed measuring 109 cm × 190 cm for one person;
and a TV to enjoy your moments of relaxation. The panoramic window in one of the three apartments offers a spectacular view of the lush surrounding countryside, creating a serene and relaxing atmosphere.

- 4 bedrooms: Each features a very comfortable queen-size bed (160 cm × 190 cm), a closet where you can store all your clothes and personal items, and a Smart TV.

- 4 bathrooms: all are equipped with every comfort, including a spacious shower to rejuvenate after a day spent outdoors.
We’ve included complimentary Welcome Kits for you, containing shampoo, body wash, and soap.
Each guest will have three towels of different sizes (large, medium, and small) at their disposal. One bathroom is also a true oasis of relaxation, featuring a fabulous sauna that awaits you to pamper you and help you forget the stresses of daily life.

For true wine lovers, we offer the opportunity to book a tasting of our renowned wines. You can savor the unique flavors of our wines while immersing yourself in the beauty of the surrounding nature.

For those traveling by electric car, there’s the convenience of a charging station, making your stay even more eco-friendly and convenient.

To ensure ideal comfort year-round, the house is equipped with air conditioners—one in every room.
This ensures a cool environment in the summer and a comfortable temperature in the winter.

Outside, you’ll find a dedicated area where you can relax and enjoy the fresh, clean country air, equipped with a fire pit and two barbecues.

You’ll also have the option to rent electric-assist bicycles on-site, with or without a guide.

Whether it’s breakfast in the sun or an evening under the stars, this little corner of paradise will allow you to completely disconnect from the hustle and bustle of daily life and immerse yourself fully in the beauty of nature.
