It’s an experience not to be missed for lovers of fine wine and nature—a moment to share with friends and family to create lasting memories of this extraordinary vacation among the vineyards.<br><br>Starting in late April 2024, you can enjoy the surrounding landscape while soaking in the new HOT TUB located in the outdoor courtyard, shared with the other two apartments.<br><br>Located on the second floor without an elevator, it welcomes you with its charming atmosphere and a breathtaking view of the surrounding vineyards.<br>My property has been recently renovated and places a strong emphasis on sustainability.<br><br>The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people and features:<br><br>- Kitchen: equipped with an induction cooktop, it’s fully stocked with everything you need to prepare your meals, including dishes, a toaster, and a coffee maker to start your day off right.<br>It’s the ideal place to relax, featuring a comfortable French-style sofa bed (138 cm × 185 cm) and a TV to enjoy your downtime. The panoramic window offers a spectacular view of the lush surrounding countryside, creating a serene and relaxing atmosphere.<br><br>- Two bedrooms: a very comfortable queen-size bed (160 cm × 190 cm), a closet where you can store all your clothes and personal items, and a Smart TV.<br><br>- Two bathrooms: both are equipped with every amenity, including a spacious shower to refresh yourself after a day spent outdoors.<br>We provide complimentary Welcome Kits containing shampoo, body wash, and soap.<br>Each guest will have three towels of different sizes (large, medium, and small) at their disposal.<br><br>For true wine lovers, we offer the opportunity to book a tasting of our renowned wines.
