Staff was very nice, room smelled like a barn with animals still living in it. Could be great if they got the cleaned up to par.

When Filled More Than Can Handle in Lobby/Dining

Pricier than I expected for that area. Good facility condition. 9am end to breakfast was not restocked after 8:30am and main staples were gone.

False advertising, All full size beds Small.

Booked a 2 queen room and when entering room found 1 bed and a couch bed. Asked front desk if I could have what I booked and she said no. This is what the computer shows so this is what you have to have. (Thats false) as the customer and having 3 people I know I didnt want that person on a couch. Also she trued 0% to accomodate just noway out of luck. Also 100% these are no queen beds thats a huge lie. These are full size beds meant for children. Ot grown adults.

Little league nightmare

Was here during a 10 year old little league baseball tournament and the Mexico, Puerto Rico and Philippines teams were staying here. Day and night, kids were running up and down the stairs and hallways, and playing on the elevator. Apparently this is normal behavior for these kids, because not one parent said a word to them. This lasted for 4 days, and was still going on when I checked out.
