It also features a studio located in a TOWER with breathtaking views; the tower has windows on all four sides and is accessed from the living room via a spiral staircase.
The house features a fireplace in the living room, a garden, a pool, an outdoor shower, a barbecue, a garage, heating throughout the home, smoke detectors, and an alarm system. There is direct access to the beach from the villa.
